| Space In this unit, students learn about our solar system. Although we learn about all of the planets, we focus mostly on the relationship between the Earth, Sun and Moon.

 Embryology Unit Third graders receive fertilized eggs from the Delaware County 4H in the spring. Students learn about the developing eggs and watch the eggs hatch into chicks. When the chicks are about a week old, they return to the farm. | Chick Information | This site has diagrams of the inside of the egg and what is happening on each day inside the egg.
