Welcome to Kindergarten at Media Elementary! My name is Mrs. Connell and I am thrilled to say that I have been teaching for over 25 years in the Rose Tree Media School District. I grew up in Philadelphia and I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Arcadia University.  I have experience as both a grade level teacher and math specialist. Kindergarten is simply the best grade level to teach! When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time outdoors hiking, gardening and kayaking with my family. I have three teenage children who keep me very busy with various sports and extracurricular activities. I am so happy to welcome you to our school and to be such a special part of your child's first elementary school experience.
