GMail Calendar Sharing

  • Open your calendar
    Click on the 3 Dots next to your calendar - Choose Settings and Sharing

    Scroll down to Share with Specific People
    Click ADD PEOPLE
    Choose the Person (make sure you choose their .org account)
    Choose the Permissions

    • See only free/busy (hide details)

    • See All Event Details

    • Make changes to events

    • Make changes and manage sharing


    Click send when complete
