A letter is sent home in the August mailing to all students and parents with login credentials for access to the site. Please note that login information is specific to each student and parent. Passwords are case sensitive.
The parent/guardian login will allow the parent to manage and view information related to all of your children. Each of your children will have his/her own separate login.
The parent/guardian and student login allows you to view address and phone information, attendance, report card, and standardized test scores. Additionally, parent/guardian or students in grades 6-12 will have the ability to view daily schedule, assignment information, unofficial transcript information and student fees (where applicable). The elementary schools use a competency based progress report, and assignment and assessment values will not be visible in the system.
The parent login allows you to create (K-12) attendance alerts, (6-12) discipline, and classwork alerts. The system will automatically generate an email when a threshold, that has been defined by you, has been reached. By setting an attendance alert, the parent will be notified for every attendance entry. Changing attendance from unexcused/unlawful will happen within 48 hours of receiving a note from the parent or guardian.
The parent login also allows you to update your email address. All telephone and street address information must still be changed in the main office of your child's building.
Paper report cards will no longer be printed for secondary students. Elementary students will continue to receive printed progress reports. If you need to receive paper report cards at the secondary level, please contact the guidance department at your child's building. Online report cards will only be visible at the end of each marking period.

When you access your student's grades, you will be able to check the demographic data we have on file. If there are any phone numbers, addresses, or other contact information that is listed incorrectly, please contact your student's building and ask to speak to the school's registrar. The registrar will be able to make the changes. It is extremely important that we have current emergency information on file for all students. Emergency information and phone numbers can be changed at any time during the school year.
