School Real Estate Taxes - January to June

REAL ESTATE TAX INFORMATION:  JANUARY TO JUNE

Please be advised that as of December 31, 2025, the Rose Tree Media School District Tax Office will no longer accept regular 2025 School Real Estate tax payments.  

By February 28, 2026, unpaid 2025 School Real Estate taxes will be forwarded to the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau for further collection. 

For any questions or to make payment arrangements, please contact the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau at #610-891-4284. 

 Per their request, please contact them after March 17, 2026.

NOTE: The 2026 Rose Tree Media School District tax bill will be mailed to taxpayers by 7/1/2026.
