Effective Teaching & Learning: Focus on effective teaching and learning practices that support individual student successes.

● Establish a shared understanding of effective teaching and learning practices that guide instruction across all schools and grade levels.
● Strengthen instructional coherence by aligning curriculum, assessment, and instructional practices to meet the needs of every learner.
● Prioritize professional development that emphasizes evidence-based practices and continuous growth.
