Springton Lake Middle School Students and Teachers Receive State-Level Honors

Two Springton Lake Middle School eighth graders, Brigid Heller and Molly Petka, and three SLMS teachers, Ms. Madison Bucci, Mr. Luke Lewis, and Mr. Matthew Burba (not pictured) were recognized at the February 22, 2026, Schools to Watch Conference in King of Prussia. The Pennsylvania Association for Middle Level Education's (PAMLE's) Joan Jarrett Student Award goes to students who demonstrate leadership abilities, good citizenship, and have made positive contributions to their school and community. PAMLE's Promising Practice Award is presented to teachers who are beginning their middle school careers and have made a positive impact on both their school and community. Congratulations to all!
