    The Rose Tree Media School District partnered with the DCIU to perform an audit around our work with inclusivity and belonging.  The audit by DCIU will help us identify critical questions and explore answers about the Inclusivity and Belonging framework. DCIU  used current research on equity and belonging to guide the focus areas and defining questions for the process. The audit team conducted observations, interviews, and data analysis to find the strengths and needs of our current work.  This has resulted in a comprehensive report that will make data-based recommendations that can guide future planning.  Audits are goal-focused and growth-focused.  The audit process was not to evaluate people, but to study processes and systems to expand the excellent work being done.  It is a way to continue to build a shared vision and identify priorities that reflect the perspectives of many.
